Tubetti with cheese and basil
400 gr. di tubetti (kind of pasta), 20 gr. di Parmigiano cheese, 10 gr. di grated Romano cheese, 1 clove of garlic, 3 oil spoons, 50 gr. Pork fat, salt, pepper, plenty of basil.
While boiling the pasta, in a pan brown slowly the oil, lthe pork fat and the minced garlic. Drain the tubetti "al dente", flavour them with the two kinds of cheese, add basil and put all in the pan. While mixing, make alll tasty slowly for two minutes.
