Swordfish with mustard and onions marmalade


4 slices of swordfish (about 200 g each), mustard, bread-crumbs, 200 g onions, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon , aromatic vinegar, olive oil, salt.


Onions marmalade

Boil the onions in two glasses of water and a little salt. After 5 minutes, drain them and put them in another pan with hot oil and the sugar. Let them brown until you get a cream. Add some aromatic vinegar. The marmalade is ready.

The fish

Smear the swordfish slices with the mustard, then cover them with bread-crumbs. Grill them. Prepare every single dish and put a spoon of marmalade beside the swordfish. Serve.

This is a novelty among the usual recipes and it should be prepared carefully. If you wish to impress your friends or the beloved partner try to prepare this dish.
